Ugh. Where is the self-discipline!? Maaaaaan, I'm so embarrassed that I can't even keep a pinky promise to myself.
I'm 17 days away from my cousin's wedding and I'm STILL at 135lbs. I am at least grateful that I didn't gain any weight over the holidays but I haven't lost a pound since September. My mom put me on the South Beach diet and I've been walking and doing yoga this past week. I'm kinda going crazy with this diet. I miss carbs very much. On the bright side, I've been eating more veggies than I ever have in my life!
But you know what, I think exercise is what will make me lose weight... not dieting. Coz honestly, I don't eat that much. And with this south beach diet, I haven't had carbs in a week and I haven't lost a pound.
I hope I lose some weight by my cousin's wedding! I'm so unhappy with the way I look in the mirror. I try really hard to see my reflection and still think I'm pretty coz beauty comes from within right? Maaaaan, I think I got issues! Can't wait for my walk later. Will walk farther today to get rid of all these nega vibes!
